Our Return Policy

Because every order is made just for you, we have a specific process for handling issues. Here's everything you need to know.

The short version

All orders at nominimum are custom-made on demand, which means we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or error on our end, we'll make it right — every time, no questions asked.

What We Cover

  • Manufacturing defects — tears, stitching errors, misprints, or anything caused during production
  • Incorrect items — wrong product, color, or size shipped due to our error
  • Artwork errors on our part — if we applied your design incorrectly from what was approved
  • Damaged in transit — items that arrived visibly damaged due to shipping

Issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll offer a reprint or a full refund — your choice.

What We Don't Cover

  • Sizing issues when the correct size was ordered — please refer to our size charts before ordering
  • Changes of mind or buyer's remorse after an order has been placed
  • Design errors in artwork submitted by the customer — always preview your design before confirming
  • Color variations due to monitor calibration — on-screen colors may vary slightly from printed output
  • Issues reported more than 30 days after the delivery date

How to Submit a Claim

Document the issue

Take clear photos of the defect or error. Good lighting and close-up shots help us resolve things faster.

Email us within 30 days

Send your photos and order number to support@specworks.com, or use our Support form. Include a brief description of the problem.

We review and confirm

Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and confirm next steps via email.

Choose your resolution

We'll offer a reprint of your order or a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.
